Installation and debugging of special emergency power supply for emergency lighting centralized power supply:

Before construction and installation of the emergency lighting and evacuation indication system in the emergency lighting centralized power supply system, the outer packaging of the product should be checked for damage, appearance and structure, and the quality control requirements of the construction process should be strictly followed for the system equipment, materials and accessories. Carry out on-site inspection (inspection) and conformity inspection for selection. Unqualified equipment, materials, accessories and products that do not meet the requirements of design drawings shall not be used.

The tools required for installation and debugging of emergency power supply for centralized power supply for emergency lighting are: multimeter, electric pen, Phillips screwdriver, wire cutters, etc.

Specific methods and steps for installation and commissioning of special emergency power supply for centralized power supply for emergency lighting:

1. The installation site should be free of corrosive gas, steam, flammable materials and dust; the battery should be installed in a well-ventilated place, and it is strictly prohibited to place it in a sealed environment, a flammable gas pipeline, a warehouse, etc.;

2. When installing on the ground, it should be more than 150mm above the ground, and the passages in front of and behind the screen should be able to meet the needs of battery replacement.

3.1. Operate the centralized power supply separately to make it in the state of main power work and emergency work. Observe the main power voltage, battery voltage, output voltage and output current of the emergency lighting centralized power supply, and whether the status of the main power display and charging indicator light is consistent with that of the manufacturer. The instructions match.

3.2. Operate the manual emergency switching control mechanism, and observe the state of the emergency lighting centralized power supply and all the fire emergency lamps supplied by the power supply in the emergency working state.

3.3. Disconnect the main power supply, the centralized emergency lighting power supply and all fire emergency lighting supplied by this power supply should be transferred to emergency working state, and the emergency working time should not be less than its own nominal emergency working time.

Note:

1. When the output branch of the centralized power supply for emergency lighting and the control line of the centralized control system are laid in the shaft, and there is no fire separation between the wire and cable with the combustion performance of the shaft below B1, the combustion performance should be selected as Class A When there is a fire separation, you can choose a wire and cable with a combustion performance of B1;

2. The output line of the emergency lighting distribution device and the control line of the centralized control system should be protected by metal pipes when the burning performance of the B1 level of wire and cable is selected; it can also be laid in the cable tray or wire trough with the same level of burning performance Medium; when the burning performance is selected as Class A wire and cable, it can be applied explicitly;

3. When installing on the ground or in a damp place, the power supply circuit and control circuit of the lamp should be corrosion-resistant rubber cables, and the wiring should be treated with anti-corrosion and moisture-proof treatment;

Cables of different voltage levels should not be inserted into the same protective tube. When the same wire slot is used together, there should be a metal partition in the wire slot;

4. The power distribution branch line of the system should adopt copper core wire, and the control circuit should adopt multi-strand copper core wire.
